Nick’s Beer Garden is the best place to grab a drink in Wicker Park, with a history dating back to 1977. Drawing from the late-night crowd in Chicago (they are one of the few bars in Chicago with a license to stay open until 4am), our team had a blast partnering with Nick’s Beer Garden to bring clarity, growth, and momentum to their social presence.

When we first started the conversation with Nick’s Beer Garden about their social media presence, they felt stuck. They were seeing low engagement on most posts and just weren’t seeing the response they were hoping for.

By taking a focus on consistency paired with high-quality photography featuring the experience, product, and story of Nick’s, we were able to:

  • Increase average engagement by over 500%

  • Get engagement from other large Chicago brands like Revolution Brewing, FEW Whiskey, Half Acre, etc. through intentional tags and Chicago-themed March Madness tournaments.

  • Increase audience size by 23%

  • Prioritize customer service and loyalty through responses to DMs and comments
